Being aware of your breath and intervening on it brings about a number of changes and evolutions in health and consciousness. Respiration has a strong link with the nervous system and the immune system.

The way we breathe determines the way we live: in stress or calm. Respiratory movement is a pillar for improving health. A real remedy that oxygenates the body and harmonizes emotions. Breathing is the only vital function that can be consciously controlled and directed. It is crucial from a physiological and above all psychological point of view. This is the most important way to increase the resistance of the organism and stabilize mental disturbances. Its management can modify the rhythm of the heart, hormonal secretions and brain waves, thus influencing healing and bringing about the transformation of existence. Innate automatism, the breath gives the body life impulse and animates the mind. It is the bridge which leads the Ego to the Soul by intervening on the subconscious.
"Psychic life influences respiration,
respiration influences psychic life.
To breathe is to be alive"
Breath workshops are open to everyone, from children to elders. The techniques shared are from Kundalini yoga in particular. They are practiced sitting on the ground, on a chair and sometimes standing. Sometimes they are accompanied by a movement of the arms, hands and by a sound as well. By practicing various specific breathing techniques, participants immediately experience the benefits. Subsequently, they can reproduce them in all circumstances of life. It also leads them towards the progressive learning of meditation. A certificate of participation can be issued on request. The workshop is flexible, therefore the duration and the price are variable.
