In Ayurvedic medicine, breathing is a conscious act, considered as therapy, just like eating or massaging. Breath workshops are open to everyone, from children to elders. The techniques shared are from Kundalini yoga in particular. They are practiced sitting on the ground, on a chair and sometimes standing. Sometimes they are accompanied by a movement of the arms, hands and by a sound as well. By practicing various specific breathing techniques, participants immediately experience the benefits. Subsequently, they can reproduce them in all circumstances of life. It also leads them towards the progressive learning of meditation. A certificate of participation can be issued on request. The workshop is flexible, therefore the duration and the price are variable.
