The breathing workshops are open to everyone, from the youngest to the oldest. The methods taught are mainly based on Kundalini Yoga. They are practised in a sitting or chair position, and sometimes even standing. Arm and hand movements, as well as sounds, may accompany some practices. By practising various specific breathing techniques, participants immediately feel the benefits. They can then apply them in all situations of their daily life.
